Outstanding piece on the shift from pilot theater to production-grade agentic systems. Your framing of the holistic conductor concept really cuts through the noise. What stands out is how this architecture solves the classic integration problem that killed so many early AI banking projects. When agents can actually orchestrate across the full stack instead of living in isolated domains, you get true compound leverage. The mortgage example with 50+ documents becoming near-instant processing is compelling, but what might catch banks off guard is the operational debt this creates. Teams will need new muscle memory around agent supervision and error recovery patterns that don't exist in traditional SOPs. The 10x productivity gain from agent factories is real, but it comes with governance complexity most banks haven't budgeted for.
